100 Day Project Day 21

*This is part two of a two-day project. Read part one here.

Day 21 of The 100 Day Project: I’ve got some announcements about project direction.

First, I’m switching things up with the morning practice. Making a post with unsolicited advice every day doesn’t feel aligned. It’s not my thing. So I’ll be doing something a bit different starting tomorrow morning.

Second, I’ve been making shorter and less detailed daily blog posts lately. This is probably how it’s going to be for the remaining duration of The 100 Day Project. The main focus for the daily posts is to show up and be held accountable, show progress, etc. and I don’t know that I’ll be emphasizing instructional/step-by-step methods quite as much.

After The 100 Day Project is up I’m going to shift to more DIY/tutorial content and longer more detailed posts once or twice a week, but for now my main focus is to build a solid making/blogging habit.

Instead, I’m pouring my energy into building a really great free email club. The purpose of this blog and of everything I’m doing has always been to motivate and inspire other creatives to keep showing up every day. I want to double down on that by dropping into your inbox once a week with something truly valuable.

Over the upcoming week I’ll be making some announcements about the email club, but for now let’s get into the work I got into today :)

so after spray painting the fugly storage bins yesterday, I let them dry overnight. Then today I mounted them. I think I know what I’m going to be doing with the remaining 7. They’re crazy useful and I have all kinds of ideas for different rooms now!
